Terms and conditions for using our villa care services

Agreement to Terms
By engaging Ionian Blue Estate Care for villa maintenance services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before booking any services.
Services Provided
We provide villa care services including pool maintenance, housekeeping, garden care, property maintenance, security inspections, and seasonal preparation. Specific services will be detailed in your custom service agreement.
Booking and Cancellation
Service bookings are confirmed upon written agreement and receipt of any required deposit. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for one-off services. Regular service contracts require 30 days notice for cancellation.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Regular service contracts may be invoiced monthly or seasonally. One-off services are typically due upon completion. We accept bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and PayPal.
Property Access
Clients must provide secure access to the property for scheduled service visits. We maintain strict confidentiality and security protocols for all properties we service.
Liability and Insurance
Ionian Blue Estate Care carries full public liability insurance. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, issues resulting from inadequate property maintenance prior to our engagement, or damage caused by severe weather events beyond our control.
Emergency Services
24/7 emergency call-out services are available for existing clients at an additional charge. Emergency rates and terms will be provided upon request.
